Being a first time home buyer is tough. Inspections, credit checks, FHA, appraisals – What does it all mean?! Not only are you are bombarded with a lot of bad advice and horror stories, there is just so much information to learn before you dive in.
In my experience, the personal advice and realistic situations from current home owners far outweighs any generic information from books or a Google search. If you are currently a home owner, then you know that purchasing the home is really just the FIRST step and there are so many more surprises in the journey of homeownership. We all wish someone would have told us what we REALLY needed to know before jumping in.
